• Moxy Hotel is Marriott International’s new millennial-focused boutique hotel concept
• Along with Heathrow the Stratford contract was also completed
• The Trend BEMS comprising of the heating, DHWS, cooling units, remote ventilation AHU’s and extract fans to the Hotel rooms and public spaces. The system automatically switches from heating to cooling mode as the seasons and climate changes. It has web enabled pages showing the plant in diagrammatic format. This can also be viewed from the hotels corporate headquarters.
