• £55m building opened early 2018 – has transformed student life at the University of Salfor
• Better known as the ‘Gateway Project’ provides a distinctive, aesthetically pleasing entrance to the campus from Salford Crescent railway station
• The Cylon BEMS system comprising of heating systems, DHWS, chiller control/interfaces, ventilation, full monitoring of room conditions. We also took control of the natural ventilation and window control via CO2 temperature monitoring. A full energy monitoring system was deployed with water, gas and electrical metering also monitored on the BMS.
