The De Vere Whites Hotel in Bolton provides a prestige and multifunction use for hotel accommodation, Conferencing and leisure Facilities as well as unique box bedrooms which allow the hotel rooms overlooking the football pitch to be used as bedrooms during the week and as executive boxes on match days.

The hotel contains a BEMS system installed by JBC which looks after the control of all heating and ventilation from the individual bedrooms to the swimming pool in the leisure centre. The BEMS also has the facility to be linked to the football stadium BMS system allowing the hotel staff to utilise facilities in the stadium for conferencing etc.
